INTRODUCTION
As we have explained on other occasions, being part
of a proclamation is more than a moment of excitement and joy. It is really the
measure of faith that is in every heart that hears and therefore believes in
the prophetic and apostolic, will live what God has established through the
mouth of his servant. With regard to this matter, let us see an example of what
it means a proclamation:
Ezr 1:1 In the first year of Cyrus king
of Persia , in order to
fulfill the word of the LORD spoken by Jeremiah, the LORD moved the heart of
Cyrus king of Persia
Notice how this king (figure of the apostolic
ministry), gives the order that what Jeremiah had seen prophetically, now came
to be compliance, ie there are things that occur as a prophetic revelation but
for which compliance must be given a apostolic voice, a voice to rule in God's
time for compliance, so they told Zechariah (father of John the Baptist), a
proclamation:
Luk 1:19 The angel answered, "I am Gabriel. I stand in
the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this
good news.
Luk 1:20 And now you will be silent and not able to speak
until the day this happens, because you did not believe my words, which will
come true at their proper time."
The Word Proclaiming here is translated from
Hebrew word Abar and also
interpreted as crossing, advance,
aggravate, engender, make, give birth, rebel.
So that now has been revealed prophetic time established
by God for his people, it's time to cross the border from slavery to freedom.
It is time for those who expect certainly a
blessing as a result of becoming free, get ahead on their way today to receive
what God promised.
Abar
is also interpreted as worse, and that means increasing the weight of
something, something to ponder interest.
This means that God has decreed in Word and In Writing
that it is time to achieve the freedom we actually need for us to receive our
inheritance. A proclamation, An ABAR engenders faith then gives birth to a
reality. Therefore in this YEAR OF
FREEDOM, we will live as follows:
Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because
the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to
bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release
from darkness for the prisoners,
In this year's Freedom there are two important
concepts to understand:
FREEDOM: the faculty that man has to work in one way or another, or not to act.
This year, freedom of prisoners means that
Christians who are captives or slaves of their own accord (ie they have decided
to be that way), this year of freedom, God gives supernatural strength so they
can govern their soul and stop being so held.
what are we going to be free from?
The Punisher
Num 35: 25 The assembly must protect the one accused of
murder from the avenger of blood and send him back to the city of refuge to
which he fled. He must stay there until the death of the high priest, who was
anointed with the holy oil.
Who is a murderer?
1 John 3:15 Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and
you know that no murderer has eternal life in him.
This is the year where brothers in Christ or even
biological relatives, will be moved to apologize and we'll have to forgive them
because otherwise if they do not or if we do not receive it, we will leave them
at the expense of the avenger
This is a year of forgiveness, for the one who is
captive, to be free.
Num: 35: 26-28 "'But if the accused ever goes outside the
limits of the city of refuge to which he has fled, 27 and the avenger of blood finds him outside the city, the avenger
of blood may kill the accused without being guilty of murder. 28 The accused must stay in his city of
refuge until the death of the high priest; only after the death of the high
priest may he return to his own property.
This is a year of opportunity, for the ones that
are captive in gangs, that want to get out of it but are afraid that the same
fellow kill them, but if they really believe in the Lord and they take refuge
in a truly Christian Church, the Lord sets them free.
Free from hands of
the Philistines:
Philistine comes from the Hebrew word PELISHTI, which it turns follows
another root meaning: undulating,
migration.
The Philistine Spirit makes the Christian to be
indefinite, to undertake something but did not complete and therefore most of
the times they do not reach their reward, as the Bible teaches:
John 15:16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and
appointed you to go and bear fruit--fruit that will last. Then the Father will
give you whatever you ask in my name.
For God to make us free from the Philistines there
are some conditions:
1 Sam 7:3 And Samuel said to the whole house of Israel
a) We must turn to
God wholeheartedly.
b) Remove the gods
(Baal).
c) Remove the
Ashtaroth. This is the representation of female power and also one of the last
cities inhabited by giants.
d) It is necessary to
devote our hearts to the Lord, ie consecrate
e) Serve the Lord.
Many Christians do not substantially outweigh
because they are under a Philistine influence.
Start a school year but fail to finish with
excellence. Start a business and soon after they close. Initiate new plans but
not culminate and not remain not reach the coveted medal. More on this year,

Freedom is also
defined as the power that is enjoyed to do and say as long as it do not oppose
the laws and morals.
This means that this year there will be a lot of
learning to enjoy freedom in the kingdom
of God
RELEASE: Is defined as an act of release. Letter or receipt given to the debtor
when paying.
This means that there are slaves because they
certainly did wrong and they are now paying the consequences but do not have
anything to pay what they need to pay to leave the prison.
In this Year, there
are Release to the captives:
Psa 32:7 You are my hiding place; you will protect me from
trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.
Psa 32: 8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you
should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.
Psa 32: 9 Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have
no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come
to you.
Psa 40: 1 For the director of music. Of David. A psalm. I
waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry.
Psa 40:2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud
and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.
Psa 40:3 He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to
our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.
Phi 1:19 for I know that through your prayers and the help
given by the Spirit of Jesus Christ, what has happened to me will turn out for
my deliverance
Mat 15:22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him,
crying out, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is
suffering terribly from demon-possession."
Mat 15:24 He answered, "I was sent only to the lost
sheep of Israel
Mat 15:25 The woman came and knelt before him. "Lord,
help me!" she said.
Mat 15:26 He replied, "It is not right to take the
children's bread and toss it to their dogs."
The Release, therefore is for the children, and we,
the Christians are God's children, no dogs, no creatures.
